Baked blended oats

Delicious!

Rolled oats: 1/2 cup = 45 grams

Banana: 1/2 a banana = 50-60 grams (approx.)

Almond milk (or milk of choice): 1/4 cup = 60 milliliters

Almond butter: 2 tablespoons = 30 grams

Maple syrup: 1 tablespoon = 15 grams

Baking powder: 1/2 teaspoon = 2 grams

Vanilla extract: 1/4 teaspoon = 1.25 milliliters

Sea salt: Pinch = less than 0.5 grams

Dark chocolate chips/frozen berries: 1/4 cup = 40 grams (approx.)

Blend + Bake for 30 min
