Garnache's
Ingredients:
1 red onion
1 chili pepper
1 bell pepper
2 cloves of garlic
1 can of kidney beans
cabbage
perhaps tomatoes
Chop roughly and fry briefly in a pan.

Blend the vegetables in a blender with 1 tin (400 g) of kidney beans.
Then put back in a pan to thicken.
Toast the tortilla's with some oil.
Plate up with some yoghurt, cabbage, onion and perhaps tomatoes.
