Quiche met zijdetofu
Yummy!
Ingredienten:
Dr Oetker hartige taart bodem (of een andere bodem)
For the Filling:
200 gr Silken Tofu (make sure to press out the water)
400 gr firm tofu (make sure to press out the water)1 Tbsp baking powder
1 Tbsp baking soda
2 Tbsp Nutritional Yeast
¼ tsp Turmeric
½ tsp Onion Powder
½ tsp Garlic Powder
¾ tsp Salt
½ tsp Black Salt Kala Namak
2 Tbsp Soy Milk
1 Tbsp Olive Oil
1 Medium Onion White, Yellow or Brown, Chopped
1 tsp Crushed Garlic
Options:
Mushrooms (240g) Sliced*
Spinach (90g) Chopped
Paprika
Prei
Of verzin zelf iets leuks
Instructions:
Bekleed een vorm met de hartige taart bodem.
In the blender: the tofu, with all the other ingredients except any vegetables.
In a pan: fry all the vegetables that you want in your quiche and drain any excess water.
Put the tofu mixture in with the vegetables and put in the vessel for the oven.
200 degrees until browned.
